About Us

our story

In 2009, I started a bakery while living in NYC. That bakery was called e.e. cookies. I ran that bakery from 2009-2013.

e.e. cookies had an online store that offered nationwide shipping and local hand delivery in Manhattan, NY. We did catering for all occasions, including baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, dinner parties, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and family gatherings. We also offered corporate gifts.

With a cult-like following in NYC and a growing fan base nationwide, e.e. cookies had proven that it was possible to find a great cookie!

July, 2019.

After 21 years in NYC, my family moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas. My dream of owning a bakery never went away. After living here for 4 months, I decided to start baking again.

Along with a new location, we have a new name - baked by kori. We offer the same delicious cookies, now from a new scene.

baked by kori is located at 128 s 2nd street in downtown rogers, ar

“Snack of the Day”Racheal Ray Show, 5/2010

“We’ve got some super chic little bakeries (with prices to match) here in the city. The problem is, some of their gorgeous confections don’t score major points in the taste category. Not true of e.e. cookies.”UrbanBaby, 7/2010

“These aren’t your ordinary cookies. These are irresistible, unique, gourmet cookies made fresh in small batches, that burst with flavor.”Bloomspot, 7/2010

“These cookies have an appealing homemade, just-out-of- Mom’s kitchen quality that we fell for.”Serious Eats, 8/2010

“Pumpkin whoopie pie is the perfect balance of sweet, sour and chocolate.” - NY Post, 12/11

“If you’re a soft cookie fan, these treats deserve some serious consideration. If you’re after a dainty morsel to satisfy your sweet tooth, look elsewhere. These babies are rotund and rich, with a nice buttery-butterscotchy finish. And e.e. cookies are not cloyingly sweet. They taste like they’re made for grown-ups.” - Foodandthings.com, 4/12

“They are right when they say these are not your ordinary cookies. So if you have a friend who is a cookie lover I highly recommend you get them a dozen cookies. They won’t be disappointed, all the cookies are jam-packed with chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit– how it should be! This pretty much says it all.”- Small Chick Big Deals, 10/12
